A Proposal Planned Across the World
Jake got in touch for help planning a surprise proposal for his beautiful girlfriend, Monique. With the two of them based on the other side of the world, we worked across time zones and schedules to plan the perfect moment. It’s been weeks of coordination, calls, and quiet excitement behind the scenes!
Nerves were high and adrenaline was pumping as myself, along with Elahe Photography, hid among the trees, and darted up and down what felt like thousands of steps as we prepared for J & M to arrive at the location.
But, not even 9 hour time differences and cardio challenges could stop us! The whole experience went perfectly, and – more importantly – she said YES!
Jake, the groom-to-be, left a very kind note:

Fifteen Years of Love, Renewed
It was a beautiful day in Stirling for Cassandra & Ryan’s vow renewal, celebrating 15 years of love and commitment. They chose a vow renewal infused with meaningful Scottish traditions, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Wallace Monument.
Travelling all the way from Canada, Cassandra and Ryan made the occasion even more special by sharing it with their two wonderful boys, Jasper and Jäger. Together, they created a beautiful family celebration filled with laughter, emotion, and connection. They were led to their ceremony location to the sound of Scottish bagpipes from Piping Services Scotland, where they then stood together to renew their vows with a handfasting ritual, a centuries-old Scottish tradition symbolising the binding of two lives, which perfectly reflected the strength and unity of their family which I was blessed to witness.
From there, the afternoon unfolded effortlessly, with Suzanne from Natural Weddings Photography taking over to capture the love, laughter, and stunning scenery surrounding the Wallace Monument.
