If I could give Louize 6 stars, I would! We hired Louize to be our wedding coordinator around 8 months before our August 2025 wedding. We’d been planning the wedding for about a year already, and we had a major disaster when our catering & venue management company went bankrupt. Panicking, we hired Louize to provide extra support on the day.
I cannot understate how much of a difference Louize made to the whole process. She was so reassuring, so accessible, and so communicative! She was always on hand, whether over email or over WhatsApp, to go over details, and her presence made the WORLD of difference on our wedding weekend. I was a very Type A bride organising a Scottish wedding from London, and only someone as professional and organised as Louize could soothe my anxieties in the months leading up to the big day.

She met with vendors alongside us, over zoom, and helped us choose the right people for our vision, and gave honest, thoughtful input on each option. Our wedding vibe was cozy, intimate, relaxed, and romantic in a stunning historic castle, and every single vendor she helped select was above and beyond—professional, reliable, friendly, talented, and perfectly suited for our small, intimate wedding of just 10 people. She uses a very helpful planning app that we could login and check our todo list and see the percentage of completion which truly helped us feel in control and calm about everything there was to do! It felt really manageable.
On top of her incredible planning skills, Louize has the best personality—friendly, glamorous, knowledgeable, prompt, organized, and efficient. She truly does it all. She even went above and beyond by handling extra tasks like bringing the alcohol, flowers, and cake to the venue, meeting each vendor as they arrived, and getting everyone set up seamlessly. Because of her, he and I were able to fully relax and enjoy getting ready for our wedding day.
She kept everything running perfectly on schedule, gently guided the nervous bridal party, gave clear directions, and helped everyone feel comfortable and confident during the walk. Her calming presence made such a difference.
Louize is also an officiant, and she connected us with her wonderful friend David, who served as our humanist officiant. He was absolutely incredible—warm, jolly, sentimental, and humorous in the most perfect balance. We couldn’t have imagined a better ceremony.
She’s also a fellow dog lover, which we adored—seeing her sweet French bulldog on Zoom calls and her loving how our dog Loui always sat on our laps made the experience even more personal and special.
